+ tiny noise is a project run on the principle of noise. We create some commotion in each city where we make an event and we rely completely on trust, local resources and on the energy of the local scene. Sometimes we have been told "there is no local scene here" but the sucess of all of the tiny noise events proves that this is simply NOT TRUE!
